Returns are sometimes necessary for all kinds of reasons.

As part of Pleasure spot LLC efforts to provide you with outstanding customer service, you can return most of the items sold on our site we stand behind our products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for merchandise credit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts, cords, controls, etc. (must be included). Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.

This warranty does not cover (Lingerie nonelectric dildos and masturbators), as well as cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.

Pleasure spot is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve your privacy. We pack your order in envelopes and plain black, white or tan boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages.

 Please take processing times into consideration when selecting Next Day or 2-Day shipping options at checkout.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your shipment tracking number.

International Shipping

Estimated DHL standard delivery: 3 to 10 business days. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt. Door to door tracking.
Estimated DHL express delivery:  2 to 4 business days.  Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt.  Door to door tracking. 

International orders might be delayed while they clear customs. DHL, and other carriers do not pick up or deliver on US holidays, which might delay your order.

Shipping rates can vary by country.  During checkout, you will see the specific shipping rates for your order before you place it. We are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
